The Business Model

AlphaTech as a SaaS Provider

In simple terms: AlphaTech acts like a digital landlord. We own the building (the Odoo Server), and we rent out "private apartments" (Company Instances) to our affiliates.

How AlphaTech Earns:

  • Monthly SaaS Fees: Affiliates pay a recurring "Subscription Fee" for system access.
  • Implementation Fee: One-time charge for data migration and initial system setup.
  • Hardware Margins: Profit earned from selling/leasing biometric scanners & kiosks.
  • Managed Support: Premium technical support retainers for monthly maintenance.

The Profit Advantage:

Because we use a Multi-Company Architecture, AlphaTech only pays for a few "Master Admin" licenses from Odoo.

Scaling Strategy:

We can host many affiliates using Kiosk Mode. Our overhead remains static, while our subscription revenue grows with every new affiliate we onboard.
